Irene is a multidisciplinary artist. Raised in South Tyrol (Italy), she is currently completing her Master’s degree at the Institute Art Gender Nature in Basel (Switzerland). Her practice encompasses sculpture, photography, moving image, installation, and performative interventions. She often works with found materials and site-specific contexts to make visible processes of transformation and transience.

At the core of her work lies the concept of embodied knowledge—an understanding of nature, the body, and memory that is rooted in physical experience. Based on close observation and spatial sensitivity, her practice reflects on cultural narratives, transitions, and processes of change.
