Exploration Piece is a photo series about an abandoned hotel called „Bellavista“, located on a hill above Bolzano in Italy. This place has been visited and remodelled by many young people and artists until it is now to be remodelled for a future urban project. In this visual journey, the remains of this abandoned place are captured on analogue film. Once a vibrant place for young creatives and adventurers, the hotel is now a poignant relic whose corridors and rooms bear witness to a bygone era of cultural excitement. Now this place is to be transformed into a historical museum on the hill.
